I'm pleased that you have chosen my switch plates for your installation and hope that you will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. I don't keep a stock on hand, every order is started as it comes in and that is why it takes a little longer to send it to you.

Since there are so many options available I'd like to make this as clear as possible—upon receiving your order I will e-mail a conformation of your order and give you an estimated time of delivery. Most orders will be mailed by Parcel Post in about 2 weeks. If you need to special order a switch plate, that plate will take longer and I will give you a time of delivery. I'm located in the Northwood's of Wisconsin and at times I experience interruption of services, so if you haven't heard from us in 48 hours please call or again.

Steps in ordering

1. As you scan through the categories and click on the one you want, a selection of pictures in that section will appear.

2. Now click on the pattern you want and it will enlarge and give you the option to chose the style of plate (Colonial or Contemporary), and many configurations in a scrollable mini-window. Scroll all the way down through the configurations and you will see a quantity box at the bottom. After selecting a style (Colonial or Contemporary), configuration, and quantity, you will be shown your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can update your quantity, remove unwanted items, or you can simply continue shopping.

3.Press checkout to enter your customer and shipping information. You will then be directed to the PayPal processing gateway. 5.5% sales tax will be added to Wisconsin residents.
